What People Say

"Calum's teaching is exceptional. He has a real talent for breaking down complex techniques and making them accessible. My playing has improved enormously since starting lessons."

James M.

Grade 1 Piper

"We hired Calum to pipe at our wedding and he was absolutely brilliant. Professional, punctual, and the sound of the pipes in the Scottish countryside was magical. Highly recommended."

Sarah & David T.

Wedding Client

"The medley Calum arranged for our band was outstanding. He really understood what we were looking for and delivered a set that played to our strengths. We saw an immediate improvement in our competition results."

Pipe Major R. Henderson

Grade 2 Pipe Band

"I've been playing the bagpipes for over twenty years and thought I had plateaued in my abilities. Working with Calum completely changed my perspective. His deep understanding of piobaireachd, combined with his modern approach to light music, opened up new dimensions in my playing that I didn't know existed. Over the course of six months of regular lessons, Calum helped me rebuild my technique from the ground up, addressing subtle issues with my blowing and fingering that had been holding me back for years. His patience and encouragement kept me motivated through what was sometimes a challenging process. The results speak for themselves — I achieved my first major prize at the Northern Meeting last year, something I had been working towards for over a decade. I cannot recommend Calum highly enough for anyone serious about improving their piping, regardless of their current level."
